Refund Policy for
Cancelled or Postponed Events
Occasionally,
performances are cancelled or postponed due to
weather conditions or situations affecting the
performers, staff or audience. If the performance is
postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be
honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will
be issued. Refunds will we issued only if a
performance is cancelled in its entirety. Refunds
for rescheduled performances will not be provided.
If a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled,
refunds will automatically be applied to the credit
card used by the customer at the time of purchase.
In such instances, refunds will generally appear on
the next account statement depending upon the
billing cycle. Refunds for cancelled performances
include only the ticket price. Convenience fees,
shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable.
Convenience Fees
A convenience fees
(service charges) are assessed for each ticket
purchased for the ease of purchasing tickets
remotely (either on a PC or by phone). The
convenience fee is priced per ticket to be as low as
possible so that the purchaser does not pay more
than is absolutely necessary. These convenience fees
are always non-refundable.
Ticket Order Processing
Ticket orders are
processed only after the purchaser’s billing address
has been verified. Occasionally incorrect billing or
credit card account information is received for a
ticket order that can delay processing and delivery.
In these cases, attempts will be made to contact the
purchaser using the information provided at the time
of purchase. If the purchaser can not be reached,
the ticket order may be cancelled and the tickets
sold to another customer.
Print-At-Home
If you have selected
to receive your Print-At-Home tickets, the ticket
order confirmation will be sent to the email address
listed on the ticket order. The purchaser must print
out every ticket. If multiple tickets are ordered,
each ticket must be printed. Each Print-At-Home
tickets must be presented for entry into the
performance. The confirmation number can not be used
for entry.
Tickets may be
reprinted for the purchaser’s use only. The unique
two-dimensional bar code printed on all tickets will
allow ONLY ONE ticket, the first ticket, to enter
the performance. The purchaser agrees not to sell,
reproduce for sale, alter, or counterfeit the ticket
for any reason, and assumes all financial liability
for the copying of the unique, bar-coded ticket.
Will Call
If you elected to have
your tickets held at Will Call, you will need to
bring a
printed copy of the ticket order receipt and a
picture ID to the theater on the day
of the event to pick up the tickets and gain
admittance. We are not responsible for tickets
ordered but not picked up at Will Call. By agreeing
to these terms, purchasers waive their right to any
refund for tickets not picked up.
Standard Mail
If you have selected
United States Postal Service as your delivery
method, please allow at least 14 days after your
order is made to receive your tickets. Tickets sent
via U.S. Postal Service can be sent only to the verified billing
address within the U.S. or Canada.
Amount of Tickets per Customer
When purchasing
tickets, you are limited to a specified number of
tickets for each performance. This amount is
included on the performance page and is verified
with every transaction. This policy is in effect to
discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Orders
exceeding the ticket limit may be cancelled without
notice. This includes duplicate orders having the
same name, billing address or credit card.
Disclaimer
By agreeing to these
terms, purchasers will not hold Dancin’ Unlimited
responsible or liable for any services provided by
any venue, promoter, dance
company or performer deemed unsatisfactory.
We disclaim any and all liability for the acts,
omissions and conduct of any third party, patron,
performer, advertiser and/or sponsors.
Our
Privacy Policy
Federal Law prohibits
websites from collecting and/or distributing
personal information from children without parental
consent. At this time, we have no effective means to
obtain and track parental consent. Therefore, we
must prohibit the submission of personal information
from children under the age of thirteen years. By
purchasing a ticket to any performance, you are
stating that you are over the age of thirteen years.
